[Webinar] Digital Peer Support: Unpacking the New Study by Togetherall & Lyssn

Everyone knows digital peer support works – but how and why it works? The details are scarce. To solve for this lack of research, Lyssn partnered with Togetherall for a groundbreaking study on the effectiveness of peer support for mental health.

While traditional mental health treatments are often studied using randomized controlled trials (RCTs), digital peer support is not the same as treatment and therefore, cannot be studied in the same way. To tackle this challenge, Togetherall entrusted Lyssn – an objective, unaffiliated third party – to evaluate their online peer support community and to describe the prevalence of therapeutic ingredients known to produce positive outcomes in traditional treatment settings.
