Ringing in the New Year With Gratitude for a Tremendous 2023
As we enter the new year, Iād like to take a moment to celebrate and thank the entire Lyssn Team for a remarkable 2023 and what I believe will be an even more exciting 2024.
I am humbled and grateful to lead such a dedicated and compassionate group of individuals, who this year hit on all cylinders — simultaneously expanding our product platform, our customer base, and our research and business collaboration partnerships.
And then there are those customers and collaborators, including Centerstone, Protocall Services, Inc., Ontrak Health, our growing list of state and county child welfare organizations, and the academic and research organizations ā including Torrey Creed at University of Pennsylvania, Steve Martino at Yale University School of Medicine, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Jesse Owen, Ph.D at The Morgridge College of Education at the University of Denver, SonderMind, and more ā with whom we continue to push our research forward to positively impact quality and outcomes at scale.
Finally, I am also grateful for the press coverage of Lyssn this year, including from Lisa Bannon and the The Wall Street Journal, Mario Aguilar at STAT, Chris Larson at Behavioral Health Business, Heather Landi at Fierce Healthcare, Christine Pae at Seattle’s KING 5 Media Group, and Julia Edinger and the staff at Government Technology. While our focus is and will remain on creating products that move our clients and partners forward, we appreciate these media outlets and their journalists’ interest in highlighting meaningful, real world examples of how responsible AI and related technologies can contribute to the critical work of scaling behavioral health and human services resources to meet increasing needs in the US and globally.
Happy New Year to all, kudos again to all of my Lyssn colleagues and partners, and onward to big things in 2024 and beyond!
Lyssn in Behavioral Health Business.
