Lyssn’s products are ready to use off the shelf, without requiring any integrations. However, we often collaborate with organizations’ IT professionals to facilitate necessary integrations — such as establishing a Single Sign-On (SSO) integration or APIs to enable a more tailored experience. On an ongoing basis, your users will have access to Lyssn support during standard business hours and will have on-demand access to the Lyssn Knowledge Base — with resources and articles to support users.
