Job Description: Lyssn is looking for a leader to build and manage our Customer Success/Account Management functions for both commercial and public sector customers. The ideal candidate understands the quality management challenges in behavioral health, social services, wellness, and population health programs, and has a background overcoming them with measurable, documented results. This hire will simultaneously review and revise our existing client support functions (including playing an active role supporting current clients) while simultaneously creating the plan for staffing and growing a team as Lyssn grows. This person should be able to articulate the differences between managing commercial and public sector accounts, and the different metrics important to each. People skills with clients and staff hold equal importance. Core success metrics for this position are 1) customer retention, 2) growth in the value of each account/products placed where relevant, and 3) generating new customer activity by evangelizing Lyssn in the marketplace.
